Enterprise Architect

Job Summary
Enterprise Architect to define, own, and enforce enterprise architecture standards and governance across the organization; serve as primary liaison to C-suite and executive stakeholders; translate complex technical strategies into business-friendly language; develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap; ensure integration and standardization across platforms, systems, and cloud environments; evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with business and innovation goals; manage architectural risk and lead architecture reviews; support regulatory and security compliance (HIPAA); collaborate with DevOps, Data, Engineering, and Security; mentor solution architects and technical leads; foster architectural innovation and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance and standards enforcement
- Strong background in strategic IT planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture across AWS and Azure
- Experience with application architecture, data architecture, and systems integration
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and modern distributed systems
- Solid grasp of DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing technology risk and mitigation at an enterprise level
- Ability to drive regulatory and security compliance — especially HIPAA
- Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and digital transformation objectives
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
