Job Summary

Lead strategic consulting engagements with utility customers, translating business goals into architecture direction, transition roadmaps, and actionable transformation plans. Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions with executive and operational stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables including strategic roadmaps, business requirements documents, and architecture recommendations. Shape enterprise opportunities by connecting customer needs with feasible, value-driven solution approaches in collaboration with Sales, Presales, Product Management, Engineering, and Services teams. Engage subject matter experts across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, data, and solution domains to strengthen recommendations. Build and contribute to reusable consulting methods, assets, and playbooks that raise the consistency and quality of strategic engagements across the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in architecture, consulting, solution strategy, or digital transformation roles
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology domains
  • Strong familiarity with utility environments and mission-critical solutions such as Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Advanced Energy Management Systems/Energy Management Systems (AEMS/EMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), or comparable platforms
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and advising customer stakeholders on strategic topics
  • Proven ability to produce customer-facing deliverables: roadmaps, requirements documents, architecture recommendations
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills — with an ability to connect business outcomes to technology strategy
  • Based in the North American region

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting IT/OT (Operational Technology) integration or transformation initiatives
  • Background in strategic consulting or enterprise deal shaping
  • Familiarity with topics such as cloud platforms, integration architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and non-functional requirements
  • Experience with enterprise data strategy, including data fabric/mesh architectures, semantic modeling (ontologies, knowledge graphs), data governance, data lineage, and data integration across IT/OT environments
  • A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
