Enterprise Architect

Job Summary
Enterprise Architect to link business mission, strategy, and processes to ICT strategy; define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprint and capabilities; guide architecture strategy, target architecture, and intermediate steps; coordinate with CIO and other stakeholders; mentor personnel; liaise with developers and Ops engineers to ensure alignment; establish Design Authority principles; provide insights on technology trends; define application development stack; and organize trainings/workshops to ensure enterprise architecture alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 12 years total experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience (Architect roles)
- Knowledge of TOGAF is a must (Certification is a plus)
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Experience in modelling and graphic representations
