Job Summary
Conduct architecture discovery sessions, define future-state solution architectures, and align Adobe digital experience offerings with client IT strategies. Recommend integration and data flows, review technical designs for scalability, and validate value realization and ROI across Custom Service and Integrated Services engagements. Develop project scope definitions, resource allocation plans, and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with business units, partners, and executive leadership. Investigate advanced features like Agentic AI to drive new service models and ensure quality across global delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a consultative role—Architect or Principal Consultant—leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing or digital experience ecosystems
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo Engage
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Real-Time CDP or Audience Manager
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including App Builder
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Commerce/Magento or another e-commerce solution integrated with AEM
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Target or Recommendations
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Experience Platform (Schema, Query Services, etc.)
- Direct involvement in architecting and/or rolling out two or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories: Adobe Workfront
- Proven capability to transform intricate business needs into technical solutions and coordinate delivery team efforts accordingly
- Experience developing project scope definitions, delivery estimates, and resource allocation plans
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise platforms, with an emphasis on REST APIs, cloud storage, structured/unstructured data, and security
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, capable of adapting for technical, marketing, or executive audiences
- Business-level Japanese (required)
- Working proficiency in reading and writing English is sufficient
Desired Qualifications
- One or more current Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront)
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Ad Tech (CDP/DMP, DSP), marketing automation, omni-channel personalization, and CRM
- Experience employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows, or hands-on experience building AI agents
- English proficiency adequate to negotiate and work directly with international teams
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams
- Direct experience in building and/or implementing native, Flutter, or React Native mobile applications
- Deep understanding of customer business challenges, with the ability to translate them into solutions powered by modern tools
- Strong communication skills that build trust as a bridge between technical teams and executive collaborators
- A genuine interest in fast-moving technology trends (including AI) and a drive to explore practical applications
- Leadership that can engage multiple collaborators while taking ownership of a project through to completion
- A readiness to think beyond current frameworks to contribute to the creation of new service models
- Comfort collaborating with mixed onshore/offshore global teams
