Job Summary
Dynatrace SME to lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business challenges and tailor Dynatrace observability solutions. Lead discovery sessions and workshops with C-level stakeholders and technical teams, collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery, drive pipeline growth, stay current on Dynatrace capabilities, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Strong consultative selling experience, deep Dynatrace or similar observability knowledge, and proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in consultative selling within enterprise software/observability
- Strong understanding of Dynatrace and similar platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Familiar with MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, BANT or other sales methodologies
- Master degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus
