Job Summary
Administer, operate, and evolve business applications and IT platforms while optimizing applications, processes, and system landscapes in collaboration with business units. Manage server, hypervisor, database, and backup environments to ensure system availability, performance, and IT security. Support infrastructure projects, technical changes, and patch and vulnerability management. Maintain CRM, Atlassian, Power BI, and Power Apps solutions. Contribute to national and international IT projects and create technical documentation. This role is located in Oberkotzau, Bavaria, with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration, IT-Infrastruktur oder Enterprise Applications
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Virtualisierung und Microsoft SQL
- Erfahrung mit Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen sowie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen, Atlassian, Power BI oder Power Apps von Vorteil
