Job Summary
Enterprise Applications Engineer responsible for implementing, testing and maintaining the firm's software tools, including document management systems (iManage/NetDocuments), M365 and legal software add-ins, PDF applications, and collaboration platforms. Functions include application integration, configuration, packaging, QA testing of new installs/upgrades, and supporting the transition of legacy on-prem applications to cloud; acts as SME for enterprise applications to ensure ease of use and adherence to firm standards; collaborates with Information Security for secure architecture and patches; develops training materials and proposes enhancements. Requires 5+ years of applications engineering experience in a law firm or professional services environment; hybrid work arrangement based in New York City (Hudson Yards), with 3 days onsite and flexible hours; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applications engineering in a law firm or professional services organization
- 5+ years experience administering iManage or NetDocuments
- Experience with M365 and legal industry add-ins, Teams and One Drive
- Experience supporting migrations to, and maintaining, M365, hosted document management systems and other cloud applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline desirable
