Job Summary
Assess, document, and maintain the enterprise application portfolio across JM Eagle, Plastpro, and Ascending Eagle. Design and implement enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and modernization strategies for ERP transformation, cloud adoption, and AI initiatives. Build APIs, integrations, and scalable services using C#, .NET, Python, and middleware like MuleSoft and Boomi. Lead application modernization including cloud migration, refactoring, and application retirement while establishing governance and technical review processes. Mentor development teams and promote modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and DevSecOps. Hybrid schedule: onsite four days per week, remote Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or Application Modernization
- Recent hands-on software development experience within the last 3–5 years
- Proven experience modernizing enterprise applications and legacy technology environments
- Experience supporting ERP implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, application architecture, and software engineering best practices
- Experience supporting enterprise environments across multiple locations
