Job Summary
Manage materials management processes with a focus on inventory modules, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory operations. Maintain master data for materials, vendors, and purchasing info records to ensure accurate tracking. Configure and troubleshoot inventory transactions (MIGO, MB51, MI01) and stock determination logic across plants and storage locations. Support integration points between MM and other SAP modules (FI, SD, PP, MES) and monitor interfaces for third-party data exchanges. Participate in incident resolution, perform root cause analysis for discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities. Collaborate with functional teams to document process flows, prepare test scripts, and support user acceptance testing. This role supports Sierra Space's mission to safeguard national security and sustain human presence in space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes
- Proficiency in software environments and upgrades
- Possesses a basic understanding of IT systems, software configuration, and business processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP MM configuration
