Job Summary
Lead project teams to define, design, develop, configure, integrate, and implement enterprise applications and background processes for eCommerce, document management, and graphics workflows. Engage with business leads to achieve process improvements and justify new technology adoption, translating requirements into architectural blueprints. Accountable for application maintenance, timely upgrades, and creating API standards while conducting code reviews with third-party consultants. Develop root cause analysis documents for mission-critical downtime and lead sign-off on SIT, UAT, and deployment cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot Level 2 and Level 3 support issues and provide user training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 5 – 7 years relevant experience as an Application and or integration lead
- manufacturing industry experience
- 3 - 5 years hands-on experience with the following: Integration platform as a service tool (iPaas) – Celigo or Jitterbit or Mulesoft or Boomi
- Database query language (eg. MS SQL) and reporting / BI tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)
- O365 Sharepoint Online
- Workflow applications (eg. Docuware, Documentum)
- eCommerce platforms (eg. Magento, or something similar)
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation with uiPath)
- Demonstrated experience with ERP's (Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica)
- Experience with Graphics technology solutions (tFLOW, Callas PDF toolbox, Print Factory, Graphics ERP and other workflow software's)
- Office environment
- must be able to go to the shop floor on a frequent basis
- must be able to sit or stand at and operate a computer for up to 80% of the day
- Cognitive skills such as thinking, reasoning, understanding, learning and remembering are required 100 % of the day
- Travel to Orbus sites in North America, when required
Desired Qualifications
