Job Summary
Enterprise Application Architect to lead modernization of enterprise applications into scalable, resilient, and cloud-ready platforms using the Microsoft technology stack. Own end-to-end modernization strategy, define target architecture and roadmaps for .NET-based systems, transform monolithic architectures to modular, service-oriented designs, and drive refactoring. Maintain hands-on contribution with .NET, review designs and code, ensure CI/CD alignment, and act as technical SPOC across teams and vendors while mentoring engineers and guiding governance and platform evolution.
Required Qualifications
- BE/ B. Tech in Electronics & Communication /Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science
- 12+ years of relevant experience as an architect or senior engineer in enterprise-scale software solutions
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET 6/8, with exposure to .NET 9/10
- Experience with Angular / AngularJS and modern front-end integration patterns
- Proven experience in modernizing large-scale legacy enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of modern architecture principles: Microservices, Event-driven architectures, API-first design
- Experience designing cloud-ready or hybrid application architectures
- Strong experience with SQL Server (performance tuning, data design, optimization)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation
- Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural leadership
- Mentoring engineers, technical leads, and teams across programs
- Excellent collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, internal teams, and external vendors
- Architectural governance, standards, and roadmaps
- Experience with Azure would be a differentiator
