Job Summary
Conduct on-site training and operational support for the Justice Data Solution and Protection Collaborative systems across Africa and Europe. Deliver guidance to super users and IJM staff, design knowledge base articles, and develop onboarding materials to empower end users. Manage the backlog of enhancement requests, qualify defects, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing while maintaining clear communication with business partners and technical teams. Document system processes, create requirements documentation, and support deployment communication plans to ensure effective change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience and certification
- 5 – 7 years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of experience with operations/program data (i.e., casework, M&E, program, criminal analytics, stakeholder engagement)
- 1+ years of work experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or equivalent experience as a super user or team support
- Experience in Salesforce or other Object-Oriented Database
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Field Office local language is an added advantage)
- Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles' Creed
- Ability to upload Resume, Cover Letter & Statement of Faith in one PDF document
- Statement of faith describing Christian faith and relevance to IJM involvement
- Description of spiritual disciplines (prayer, study, etc.)
- Current fellowship or place of worship
- Abiding by IJM's Safeguarding Policy, Protection against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment Policy, and Code of Ethics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an Agile work environment preferred
- Experience configuring in an enterprise system preferred
- Experience writing UAT criteria or scripts for technical system requirements preferred
- Field Office local language (added advantage)
- High proficiency in Excel or with other data analysis tools preferred
