Job Summary
Configure nCino, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems by gathering business requirements, setting up workflows, and managing upgrades, patches, and UAT testing. Administer user profiles, security roles, and access controls while monitoring system performance, licenses, and integrations. Support Treasury, Private Banking, and Operations staff by diagnosing end-user problems, conducting training sessions, and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with vendors and project managers to implement new applications, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in bank operations, retail operations, enterprise systems administration, or equivalent experience
- Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing or administering nCino and/or Salesforce or other CRM systems, or administration of business systems or enterprise level applications helpful
- Experience in banking operations preferred
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, or administration preferred
- Experience with reporting and dashboards preferred
- Experience with systems integrations helpful
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with one or more of the following: Onboarding or Account Opening Systems (including nCino), Core banking applications, Document management systems, Imaging platforms, Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Treasury management applications, Workflow and automation platforms, Learning management systems (LMS)
