Job Summary
Lead the regional rollout of AI transformation across DACH from Munich, serving as a strategic partner to C-suite executives at large enterprises. Diagnose high-leverage use cases and build first agents to prove value before scaling adoption org-wide. Run each account like a consulting engagement, managing stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while navigating internal politics to expand impact. Host executive workshops and strategy-oriented QBRs to engage senior leadership, representing the customer voice to product and engineering teams. Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents and processes that eliminate manual work. Requires native-level German proficiency and 3+ years in enterprise AI transformation consulting. Salary ranges from €90,000 to €150,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level German proficiency
- Based in Munich or fully willing to relocate
- 3+ years in enterprise AI transformation consulting, delivering transformation roadmaps and C-suite engagements for large enterprises
- Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI agents, including model routing, evaluation design, data residency considerations, and enterprise integration architecture
- Tier-one consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or equivalent) or equivalent transformation experience delivering enterprise AI programmes
- Experience building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms or equivalent environments
- Experience building and leading a regional team and scaling across European markets
- Proven track record leading C-level engagements at large enterprises — driving strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Commercially sharp: experience with enterprise renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions
- Extremely high agency, fast decision-making, and concise communication style
- Low ego, high ownership — willingness to do the unsexy work to drive results
- On-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the DACH region
