Job Summary
Enterprise AI Lead at Mercor responsible for owning relationships with enterprise customers from initial engagement through renewal and expansion, building and executing on commercial strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and operations, and delivering materials for executive audiences. Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, enterprise sales, GTM or operations at a technology company)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams independently and deliver results
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is reshaping enterprise organizations
- High agency and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
