Serve as a subject matter expert for workforce AI solutions like Copilot, guiding colleagues in selecting and using the right tools. Lead communities of practice and champions networks to encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and deliver engaging presentations and hands-on workshops to audiences ranging from small teams to enterprise-wide forums. Create, curate, and disseminate educational materials, playbooks, and resources that empower staff to integrate AI into their workflows. Gather feedback from colleagues, monitor trends and challenges within the community, and work with technology teams to improve AI tools and resources.
