Job Summary
Lead enterprise AI adoption strategy, governance, and operationalization across corporate and operating environments. Assess current AI usage, identify near-term opportunities and deficiencies, and develop phased strategies for AI adoption, investment, governance, and organizational enablement. Collaborate across software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and executive leadership to guide secure and effective AI-enabled technologies and workflows, evaluate enterprise AI platforms and tooling, develop governance/operational frameworks, align stakeholder priorities, and advance AI-enabled software engineering and workflow modernization initiatives. Demonstrate strong strategic leadership and technical credibility to engage executive leadership and earn trust of technical teams in software engineering, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled deployment, and secure enterprise technology deployment. Focus areas include AI strategy/adoption planning, governance/operational frameworks, AI-enabled software engineering acceleration, CI/CD modernization, secure generative AI deployment, agentic workflows, cross-functional alignment, platform evaluation, and AI education/enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise technology modernization with 3 years managerial experience
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or operationalizing AI-enabled technologies in enterprise environments
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Must hold a CompTIA Security+ or be able to obtain one within 90 days of starting
