Job Summary
Provision and activate enterprise services including MPLS, SD-WAN, broadband, and fixed IP solutions. Configure and validate network devices using CLI, perform testing with Ethernet, RFC, and iPerf tools, and troubleshoot routing protocols and IP-related issues. Manage DNS, DHCP, subnetting, and Azure integration while ensuring accurate documentation and SLA compliance. Coordinate with international carriers for activations and support pre-sales activities during customer meetings. Requires CCNP certification, 3+ years of telecom experience, and proficiency with Cisco, Huawei, and Nokia equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Telecom, IT, or related field
- CCNP certification (mandatory)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in telecom/enterprise service provisioning
- Expertise in MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls
- Proficient in Cisco (ASR/ISR, 2K/4K/8K), Huawei, Nokia AGG/SAR, GPON
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
