Job Summary
Enterprise Accounts Sales Executive responsible for growing strategic enterprise manufacturing accounts in AECO, leading multi-stakeholder negotiations, expanding solution adoption and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on executive engagement, QBRs, and data-driven growth. The role emphasizes account growth, customer success, and strategic deal leadership within a hybrid/remote Autodesk environment, leveraging SaaS/subscription models, EBAs, and value-based selling to drive long-term business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic, or complex B2B sales environments
- commission-based sales experience in AECO with emphasis on Manufacturing
- experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships
- lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
- pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue planning
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- fluency in English; Swedish/Danish/Norwegian beneficial
