The role emphasizes account growth, customer success, and strategic deal leadership within a hybrid/remote Autodesk environment, leveraging SaaS/subscription models, EBAs, and value-based selling to drive long-term business impact.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic, or complex B2B sales environments
  • commission-based sales experience in AECO with emphasis on Manufacturing
  • experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships
  • lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • fluency in English; Swedish/Danish/Norwegian beneficial
