Job Summary

Enterprise Account Technical Lead (ATL) for the AECO domain leads high-complexity technical engagements, independently drives enterprise discovery, architects detailed solution designs, and develops the Customer Technical Vision (CTV). The role serves as the primary technical advisor to customers, builds deep relationships, ensures alignment between technical solutions and strategic business objectives, and opens opportunities across multiple workflows and disciplines. Responsibilities include end-to-end technical discovery, architecting multi-solution proposals with clear ROI narratives, maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships, developing and maintaining the CTV, identifying multi-solution expansion to drive revenue, leading complex escalations, collaborating with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy, coordinating internal specialists for demonstrations, benchmarking, and workshops, delivering data-driven analyses, and representing Autodesk as a thought leader at enterprise events. Minimum qualifications include a technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Autodesk or enterprise-solution expertise, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and deeper cross-functional leadership in discovery and solution design, with a track record of revenue growth and industry thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-complexity technical engagements and architect advanced solution designs
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong technical proficiency in Autodesk capabilities or similar enterprise-scale solutions
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical specialist teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to support transformation strategies using industry insights and financial reasoning
  • Ability to continuously keep up with advanced technologies, including AI, and apply them to business needs
