Job Summary
Enterprise Account Scheduler to support IEL’s Enterprise Accounts team by building loads, scheduling pickup/delivery appointments aligned with customer requirements, and communicating shipment updates to customers and carriers. Responsibilities include adjusting schedules as needed, assisting with billing and documentation, handling email and phone communications, supporting various account management duties, and delivering award-winning customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel). Preferred experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments.
