Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager - responsible for growing share of wallet and managing long-term relationships with 7-17 Enterprise Accounts across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of accounts, serve as primary liaison to ensure program benefits and customer service, and execute account plans to meet goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts and renewals, coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal, logistics, billing, management), and conduct periodic executive reviews. Build tailored solutions, present value propositions, and drive revenue growth while maintaining awareness of pricing guidelines and product acquisitions. Requires travel up to 30% and in-office presence with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experience and long-term account growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of outbound sales / account management and consultative solution selling experience required.
- WillScot experience preferred (minimum three years in sales or account management roles).
- Experience in the construction and/or rental industries and increase in growth in customer accounts experience preferred.
- Salesforce and SAP experience preferred.
