Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager role focusing on growing Coder’s Environment-as-a-Service platform within large enterprise engineering organizations. Responsibilities include building and closing a strong pipeline, generating qualified opportunities via outbound and inbound leads, leading demos, collaborating with Sales Engineers for technical evaluations, and coordinating with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. Travel up to 15% to support deals and relationships. Candidates should have 5+ years in software sales (ideally with DevOps, CNCF technologies, or related domains), 3+ years selling into Fortune 500s, familiarity with GenAI/agentic development tools, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software sales
- 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies
- Experience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools
- Experience with GenAI & agentic development tools
- Comfortable with outbound motion and partnering with Sales Engineers
- Track record of exceeding quota and pipeline goals
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and in presentations
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Currently based in Texas, California, or New York (Greater Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, or New York City metropolitan areas)
