Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts by serving as the primary client advocate and strategic advisor to operational leadership and executive contacts. Lead Client Business Reviews, executive-level reporting, and account presentations while driving revenue growth, profitability, and monthly forecasting. Develop pricing strategies across transportation modes, approve load transactions, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with transportation and contract logistics teams to ensure service alignment, support onboarding efforts, and analyze performance trends to mitigate risks and uncover growth. Handle urgent client and operational escalations as needed, including after-hours support, while mentoring junior Account Managers and Coordinators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and execution focus
- Ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex strategic initiatives
- Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
- Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
- Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry preferred
