Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager in the New York Metro focusing on hunting new business and expanding existing client relationships for MRI Software’s real estate software solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering software demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and growing ARR within assigned accounts. You’ll act as an industry expert, engage with executives, mentor the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations. Key skills include consultative selling, market analysis, CRM proficiency, strategic account development, executive communication, and strong presentation abilities. The role requires 7+ years of strategic sales experience in relevant industries, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work from a remote home office within the assigned territory, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of strategic sales or related experience in the commercial, multifamily, or investment real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent training in business or sales management
- Experience in selling software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry required
- Demonstrated track record in closing new business over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets
- Ability to network within the Real Estate industry
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Must live in assigned territory and have the ability to work from a remote home office
- Out-of-town travel required
