Enterprise Account Manager (Medical Device)

Enterprise Account Manager for Medical Device in Airspace's Healthcare Revenue organization. Serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, partnering with leadership to create and execute account strategies, drive account growth, and ensure value delivery across clinical workflows and distribution models. Responsible for customer onboarding and major expansions, maintaining best-in-class account documentation, coordinating with Operations, DriverOps, and Support for issue resolution, and communicating account health, risks, and opportunities to senior Sales leadership. Travel to customer sites for onboarding and expansions is required, with a 30% baseline travel expectation and potential spikes up to 50%. Strong executive communication, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to expand relationships, mitigate margin risk, and surface expansion opportunities. The role also requires comfort with a distributed, remote client base and experience in healthcare/medical devices or regulated environments preferred.
