Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a high-value portfolio of investment banking and advisory clients as a trusted advisor. Drive retention, expansion, and net-new adoption of Intapp's governed AI platform across deal management and compliance workflows. Build executive relationships with C-suite and senior leaders, develop strategic account plans, lead executive reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and mitigate churn. Requires 8+ years in enterprise account management, deep investment banking knowledge, a proven expansion-and-renewal track record, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise account management at a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record closing expansion deals and driving renewals at the senior executive level
- Deep knowledge of investment banking and advisory markets, including workflows, compliance requirements, and industry pressures
- Clear, confident communicator who can navigate complex organizations, build consensus, and follow through with precision
- Willingness to travel and present to clients at the executive level as needed
