Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager selling to strategic named accounts in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Focus on strategic customer relationships, retention, penetration, and net new customer selling. Responsibilities include building senior-level relationships, understanding customers’ objectives, delivering unique value propositions, managing multi-year account plans and forecasting, negotiating contracts, leading internal teams, and driving profitable revenue across multi-location accounts. Requires P&L responsibility, travel up to 50%, and ability to engage C-suite executives to drive growth and protect base business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as a consultative partner/seller managing B2B businesses with proof of working with executives and C-suites in healthcare, informatics, technology or consultancy industry
- Led or participated in complex enterprise deals of $1 MM+
- Proven ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships and translate them into winning solutions
- Experience with value-based solution selling and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, public speaking, and adaptability to changing environments
- Executive-level business and financial acumen; strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% in the assigned territory and other locations in the US
