Job Summary

Enterprise Account Manager to support enterprise rollouts in the veterinary industry. Coordinate rollout activities, manage client communications, maintain relationships with enterprise clients, track milestones, and contribute to strategic account planning. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, scheduling check-ins and QBRs, preparing usage summaries, supporting onboarding and adoption tracking, maintaining implementation timelines and checklists, identifying opportunities to increase adoption, managing account activity in HubSpot, and escalating risks. Role may involve in-person meetings, trainings, or industry events as needed. Requires account management or project coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to support complex customer initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English required; French and/or German is a strong asset.

Required Qualifications

  • Account executive/management experience, preferably in the veterinary industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and monthly targets.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage complex deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide clients through implementation and adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; French and/or German considered a strong asset.
