Job Summary
Enterprise Account Manager for Finland with responsibility for a focused portfolio of large enterprise retail partnerships across Wolt Drive and Marketplace. Drive growth and profitability through services adoption, store expansions, and day-to-day management; pitch and scale offerings such as Wolt Ads and Wolt+; ensure operational excellence and collaborative growth initiatives with partners; use market knowledge and analytics to inform strategy and conduct quarterly business reviews; build and maintain relationships across organizational levels from operational teams to C-suite to deliver superior service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in Key Account Management and/or Business Development
- experience managing large enterprise accounts
- track record of launching or scaling new products or services within existing partnerships
- deep understanding of the Finnish retail landscape, with experience in e-commerce or FMCG
- exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- advanced analytics skills with Looker or Power BI and strong spreadsheet fluency
- clear, structured communicator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- fluency in Finnish and English
