Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for the Utility & Retail verticals, responsible for generating new SaaS license revenue through account and territory planning, researching prospect customers, and field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects. The role involves developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas, orchestrating an account strategy with cross-functional teams, and advising customers on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmaps. The candidate should have a track record of building trusted relationships, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and applying AI to sales processes. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with a distributed team are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining high-level client relationships (C-Level)
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience leveraging AI or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, automating workflows, AI-driven insights)
- Ability to understand the bigger IT/organizational picture and align with customer IT roadmaps
- Experience promoting a customer-success-focused, team-oriented sales approach
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
