Job Summary
Own and accelerate an enterprise pipeline, driving inbound and outbound opportunities through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles to closed-won. Position Algolia’s generative AI and agentic capabilities to executives and technical champions, delivering real-time relevance, predictive personalization, and autonomous search that translate into measurable business value. Develop territory and account strategies, expand existing accounts for strategic growth, and generate new enterprise projects through self-sourcing and partner ecosystems. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to build bespoke demos, proofs-of-value, and ROI analyses that highlight impact beyond traditional search metrics. Forecast with MEDDPICC and navigate decision drivers and buyer risk profiles, while partnering cross-functionally with SDRs, SEs, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Partners to align execution with long-term enterprise value.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals
- Experience selling into large, multi-department organizations with complex evaluation criteria
- Familiarity with selling adjacent solutions or ability to learn technical differentiation and articulate it to technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong outbound sales capability and modern prospecting skills
- Experience working with strategic partners (consultancies, SIs, ISVs) to co-build opportunities
