Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for strategic AI/MarTech accounts, from prospecting to closing, including contracting and post-sale expansion. Focus on a key industry or geography, develop use cases and value roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and serve as primary relationship manager across all levels. Leverage AI-driven MarTech solutions to meet business objectives, drive revenue targets, and deliver customer success while collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and other teams. Requires a strong track record of achieving quarterly targets, deep AI/MarTech product understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a similar field.
- At least 5+ years in a direct B2B Strategic AI or MarTech sales role
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup or growth-stage company
- Strong relationships with customers in your relevant industry or geography including customer references
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding quarterly targets with exceptional sales achievement and recognition (e.g., Presidents club)
- Well known for collaborating extremely well across own company and customers to get things done
- Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, organized, proactive and able to effectively tack as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
