Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning a named Denver, CO territory and driving full-cycle SaaS sales into mid-market and enterprise Finance and HR buyers. Lead consultative discovery to map Topia Horizon to pain points such as cost visibility, compliance risk, and ROI; manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles with CFOs, CHROs, Global Mobility leads, and Procurement; partner with Solutions Consultants on technical evaluations, demos, and RFP responses; close $80K–$500K+ ARR contracts; maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast in Salesforce; contribute market intelligence to Product and Marketing; achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quota; 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with experience in Finance/HR buyers preferred; familiarity with ERP integrations and mobility/payroll/compliance software is a plus; hybrid in-office with Denver anchor days.
