Enterprise Account Executive, Tokyo

Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Japan from prospecting to close, including outbound activity, online demos, proposals, and negotiations; build and grow a robust pipeline across Japan, collaborating with integrators, resellers, and channel partners; develop deep product understanding for Verkada’s cloud-managed physical security solutions and tailor demos with Solutions Engineers; travel regularly for customer meetings and site visits (more than 50% travel expected) and provide market feedback to shape regional strategy and product improvements; require strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills with fluency in Japanese and business-level English, plus experience with Salesforce or CRMs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of Enterprise sales experience in a quota-carrying role
- Native or fluent Japanese language skills
- Business-level English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
