Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for generating net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory, identifying and engaging decision-makers, leading initial discovery, and positioning TicketManager’s platform. You will coordinate product demonstrations and in-person engagements, build relationships with prospective clients, maintain accurate CRM data, collaborate with Enterprise Sales Leaders, and consistently meet activity metrics and revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or other performance-driven environments
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics, pipeline generation goals, and/or revenue targets
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and build credibility with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience managing activity and pipeline within a CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to continuously improve within a performance-driven sales organization
