Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, engaging new and existing customers, and driving long-term account growth. You will lead executive-level conversations with CIOs/CTOs, orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cloud infrastructure and open-source solutions, build and manage a robust pipeline, and position Pulumi’s platform to deliver measurable business value. Strong proficiency with modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) and a proven ability to articulate business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required. The role involves prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and collaboration with distributed teams to accelerate growth in a remote-first environment. Compensation details emphasize base salary with OTE potential, equity, and benefits, with a remote-first culture supporting work-from-anywhere style across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles
- Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure software, DevOps, or open source technologies
- Proven ability to establish credibility with developers and executive leadership
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English
- Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN sales methodologies
- Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and business leaders at executive level
- Track record of disciplined, process-driven pipeline management
- Proven ability to qualify and close opportunities in enterprise software space
- Experience selling to both developers and executive leadership
