Enterprise Account Executive (South Region)

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for Parsec Automation, selling TrakSYS MES to manufacturers in the Southern US. The role covers the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution, targeting executive stakeholders (Operations leaders, Plant Managers, IT, Digital Transformation teams), and developing a territory strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. You will identify net-new enterprise manufacturing customers and expand opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions, articulate ROI through consultative/value-based selling, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline activity in Salesforce, and represent Parsec at trade shows and events. Travel is approximately 40–50% with occasional trips to headquarters as needed; this is a remote field sales position within the Southern United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of successful B2B software sales experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with consultative and value-based sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives within industrial environments
