Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to master SHI’s value proposition, exceed revenue and profit goals, and develop penetrating sales strategies while cultivating relationships with existing and new customers. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with internal support teams and external partners, effectively communicating SHI’s portfolio to customers, building market awareness through industry events, and maintaining a competitive edge by staying informed on industry trends. The role requires targeting strategic accounts, leveraging consultative sales techniques, cold calling, meetings, networking, pricing proposals, and joint selling with internal and external teams to close deals and drive business growth. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and is anchored in SHI’s Somerset, NJ office with focus on meeting quarterly and annual targets; travel to customer sites and events is required.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Ability to travel to customer sites within dedicated territory
- Currently hold or have the ability to obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within first 90 days of employment
