Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new ARR for large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees or $750M+ revenue). Own the sales cycle with a hybrid direct and channel-assisted motion, leading MEDDPIC-driven discovery and deal execution, navigating procurement, and maintaining robust pipeline and forecasting. Target 6–7 figure enterprise deals with a track record of quota attainment in enterprise software and cybersecurity sales; collaborate across teams to win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Compensation includes base plus bonus with total compensation in the $325K–$350K range, plus benefits and equity options where applicable. The role emphasizes strategic selling, channel partnerships, and a strong focus on revenue growth across large enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- 4+ years of cybersecurity sales experience
- Proven success closing 6–7 figure enterprise deals
- Consistent history of 95%+ quota attainment
- Proven mastery of the MEDDPIC sales methodology
- Ability to navigate complex buying committees and procurement processes
- Maintains strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
