Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle from discovery through close, including pipeline management and account planning. You will work with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and leadership to advance opportunities, translate complex workflow technology into customer value, build rapid trust, and hit ambitious targets in a high-collaboration NYC culture. The role requires self-direction, ability to navigate early-stage environments, and comfort with 10-20% travel; in-office five days per week in New York City. Compensation includes $300K OTE (base + commission) with equity and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software sales closing experience
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand underlying technology and articulate business value
- EQ and relationship-building skills
- Proven grit and entrepreneurial spirit in early-stage or resource-constrained environments
- Ability to work in-office in NYC full-time
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20% domestically
