Enterprise Account Executive (Osaka)

Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in Japan, including outbound activity, online demos, proposals, and negotiations. Build and grow a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts across Japan and work closely with local integrators, resellers, and channel partners. Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s product suite and its relevance to the Japanese market, collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored technical demos, and guide customers through the transition to cloud-managed physical security. Provide feedback from the Japan market to shape regional strategy and product improvements. Be a trusted advisor to customers and travel regularly for meetings, site visits, and occasional trips outside Osaka as needed (travel >50%).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of Enterprise sales experience in a quota-carrying role (Japan B2B market preferred)
- Native-level Japanese language skills are essential; intermediate to business-level English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
