Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, GC (OGC) selling to executives in large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors. You will develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market, conduct discovery to understand the prospect’s business, and deliver Built’s value proposition to C-suite and decision-makers. You’ll qualify prospects, build business cases (ROI/workflow illustrations), progress opportunities to close software agreements, and coordinate with client services, product, marketing, and SE teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. The role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with travel to clients and events (up to regional and national travel).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
- Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
- Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment
- Must be based in Denver, CO and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as needed
