Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, targeting new logo growth in SaaS or learning-technology spaces. Lead strategic discovery with learning leaders (CLOs, Heads of Learning, L&D leaders) and instructional-design teams; deliver compelling product demonstrations; develop proposals linking learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes; navigate complex enterprise buying groups across Learning, HR, and business functions; maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot; collaborate with Product and Marketing to inform platform evolution. Must possess 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or learning technology sales with a proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals, and thrive in a high-ownership startup environment with strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; curiosity about AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and growth mindset.
