Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning the sales experience with Fortune 1000 customers, including discovery calls, product demos (on-site and virtual), designing proposals and business cases, negotiating and closing contracts, and coordinating with Product/Marketing/Engineering to ensure outstanding customer experience. Manages pilots/POCs, delivers customer presentations, and represents the product at field events and conferences; travels as required to engage executives and decision-makers. Strong emphasis on communicating business, contractual, technical, and financial value to executives, with cross-functional collaboration and the ability to lead complex enterprise deals.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level
- Experience negotiating, structuring and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Proficiency in using hosted contact center applications would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to travel
