Job Summary
Join HappyRobot as an Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth and strategic execution for enterprise clients in Germany. Drive revenue by managing key accounts, developing relationships with senior stakeholders, and executing complex SaaS deals. You will build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise opportunities, provide market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Candidates should possess a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent negotiation skills, and an understanding of the German market.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within Germany, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of the German enterprise market, business culture, and buying processes.
