Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive role focused on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition. Responsibilities include proactively prospecting, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline; closing bookings to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; building strong relationships to create growth opportunities; participating in sales enablement trainings (Sales Bootcamp, etc.); collaborating with Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction; and driving a consultative, solution-based sales process. Requires 8+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in enterprise technology, fluent Bahasa, the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise tech, a track record of overachievement, and familiarity with MEDDIC/SPIN/Challenger Sales and open source/databases. Strong communication, time/resource management, and relationship-building skills are essential; experience with channels and ecosystems in Indonesia is valued.
