Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive role selling Glean’s Work AI platform to enterprise customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close within a defined territory, navigating multi-stakeholder CEO/C-level sponsorship, collaborating with Sales Engineering, and delivering ROI-driven business cases to accelerate adoption. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing net-new logos, identifying executive sponsors, researching customer objectives to drive value, collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward, delivering ARR targets, developing repeatable sales strategies to generate pipeline and bookings, providing input to other functions, creating ROI and business-justification reports, and running tight POCs based on business success criteria. About you: 6+ years of closing experience, ability to articulate and demonstrate a highly technical product, track record of closing complex deals, experience with MEDDIC/Challenger methodologies, and comfort selling into complex organizations. Must be based in Seattle and comfortable with a remote work arrangement. The role emphasizes a data-driven, consultative sales approach and close collaboration with SEs, BDRs, PMs, executives, and engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer
  • Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product and have the ability to adapt in a fast growing and changing environment
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C level executives
  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus.
