The role offers a balanced 50/50 split between developing digital solutions using no-code platforms and providing operational IT support within a regulated healthcare environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform)
- Interest in digital transformation
- Basic experience or coursework in data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn in a regulated environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with incident management, system troubleshooting, and change management processes (IT operations)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in healthcare IT or clinical IT is a plus

- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms beyond basics preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus

Additional Requirements
- Hybrid role requiring on-site presence 50% of the month in Cork, Ireland
