Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle with enterprise customers, driving adoption of LangChain’s GenAI platform. Lead prospect evaluation, negotiate terms, guide proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers, stay updated on product and industry trends, and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to shape go-to-market strategy. Bring 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprises, exceptional communication and storytelling, and technical credibility with decision makers. Thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and contribute to defining the sales playbook. Location: Florida with remote options. Compensation includes base, variable pay, equity, and benefits with a $350,000 OTE annual target.
